Emergency response to failing force main sewer pipeline and repairs to the headworks facility.
Large static head requirements, ability to increase/decrease flows based on plant operations, environmentally sensitive temporary pipeline crossings.
Due to our ability to deliver solutions to challenging projects combined with our ability to respond quickly, we identified a plan to handle creek crossings with our temporary pipelines, and the technical requirements of the wastewater treatment plant. We quickly deployed our trucks with the proper manpower and equipment to coordinate and implement that plan with all parties involved - the treatment plant, subcontractors, the city, and the engineering firm. Once built, MPS crews paced the volume of flows to what the plant operators required and monitored flows 24/7 for 5 months.
