Munson Pump Services formed in 2004 with one location in Anderson, CA. In order to better serve our customers and increase our reach across the Western States, we opened branch locations in Sacramento and Las Vegas in 2014. 

Since then, we have continued to grow and evolve, adding an additional location in San Antonio, TX and changing the name to Multiple Pump Solutions in 2018. As a full service, full scope pump contracting company we feel the name change better encompasses the variety of solutions, value and reliability we offer to our current and future clients in the industry.

jim patalano

ceo / president

Jim Patalano is the CEO and President of Multiple Pump Solutions, a full-service pump contracting, distribution, and rental company in the Western States. He has held both executive and board positions in the pipeline rehabilitation and wet utility industry over the past 10 years.  Jim holds a B.A. in Finance, from Washington State University and currently resides in Rocklin, CA with his wife and twin daughters. While not at work, Jim can be found enjoying time with his family, as well as bird hunting and fly-fishing.

brian mcdougall

vice president of operations

Brian McDougall is the Vice President of Operations and a board member with over 25 years’ experience in operations and materials management. He is the current Responsible Managing Individual for MPS’ Oregon State contractor’s license and manages global operations for all four locations across the Western States. Brian lives in Cottonwood, CA with his family and enjoys golf and motorcross in his time off.

kirk korenko

vice president of estimating

Kirk Korenko is a Vice President of Estimating and board member with over 25 years in the pump and power industry. He is the current Responsible Managing Officer for MPS’ California and Nevada contractors licenses and is a key technical resource in developing solutions for fluid handling applications. Kirk resides in Granite Bay, CA with his wife and twin sons, is an avid pilot and motorcycle racing aficionado.

ryan anderson

project manager and estimator

Ryan Anderson is a Project Manager and Estimator with over 17 years of both underground construction and wet utilities. He manages key sewer bypass and wet utility projects in all Western States beginning at the bid table through construction completion. Ryan began his career as a general laborer and was promoted up through the ranks to Project Manager. Ryan resides in Reno, NV with his family and enjoys hunting in the Nevada mountains.
